日間部畢業門檻

體適能能力

()日間部大一實施體適能檢測(自108學年度入學起改為大一實施檢測)

(1)經本校98.2.24教務會議通過體適能列入學生基本能力指標之一;請至「校務資訊系統」之「SB0107畢業門檻」專區查閱。

(2)檢測項目為1.心肺適能(三分鐘登階)2.肌耐力(一分鐘仰臥起坐)3.柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)4.瞬發力 (立定跳遠)

(3)四項中有三項不符教育部標準者,須參加體適能加強班,課程包括「健康體適能與生活」、「有氧與器械操作」及「伸展與核心肌力」,課程結束並參加「體適能後測」。「體適能加強班」課程,另行公告。

(4)持公立或教學型醫院證明者或領有身心障礙手冊者,須至體育室櫃台提出「申請免測」,經任課老師核可後得完成申請免測手續,本項成績以術科成績代替,並註記「通過本校體適能力」。

(5)未於該班檢測時間參加檢測者,補測時間另行公告。

(6)「通過體適能檢測者」:體育成績依通過項目給分,並註記「通過本校體適能力」。

(7)「未通過體適能檢測者」:參與加強班課程者,體育成績依加強班課程給分,最高12分。全程參與加強班課程者,則註記「通過本校體適能力」;未全程參與加強班課程者,則註記「未通過本校體適能力」。

(8) 「未參加檢測者」及「未參加加強班課程者」,體育成績之體適能檢測以0分計算,並註記「未通過本校體適能力」。 

Freshman Fitness Assessment (Day Program, Implemented Since Academic Year 2019)

  1. Policy:

    • Approved by the Academic Affairs Meeting on Feb 24, 2009, fitness assessment is one of the Basic Competency Indicators for students.

    • Check details in the SB0107 Graduation Requirements section of the Student Information System.

  2. Assessment Items:

    1. Cardiorespiratory Fitness – 3-minute step test

    2. Muscular Endurance – 1-minute sit-ups

    3. Flexibility – Sit-and-reach test

    4. Explosive Power – Standing long jump

  3. Fitness Enhancement Class:

    • Students failing 3 or more items based on Ministry of Education standards must attend the Fitness Enhancement Class.

    • Courses include:

      • Health, Fitness & Lifestyle

      • Aerobics & Equipment Training

      • Stretching & Core Strength

    • Students must complete the post-assessment after the course.

    • Class schedule will be announced separately.

  4. Exemptions:

    • Students with medical proof from a public/teaching hospital or holding a disability certificate may apply for exemption at the PE Office.

    • Approved students receive a substitute grade based on skill assessment and are marked “Passed University Fitness Assessment.”

  5. Make-up Assessment:

    • Students who miss the scheduled assessment will have a make-up session, date announced separately.

  6. Scoring & Record:

    • Passed Assessment: Grade is based on passed items; marked “Passed University Fitness Assessment.”

    • Failed Assessment but Attended Enhancement Class: Grade is based on class performance (maximum 12 points).

      • Full participation → “Passed University Fitness Assessment.”

      • Partial participation → “Failed University Fitness Assessment.”

    • Did Not Attend Assessment or Enhancement Class: Fitness assessment score = 0; marked “Failed University Fitness Assessment.”
