【體適能檢測與加強班注意事項】
一、體適能門檻-(日間部畢業門檻)
檢測項目:
(1) 心肺適能(3分鐘登階)
(2) 肌耐力(1分鐘仰臥起坐)
(3) 柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)
(4) 瞬發力(立定跳遠)
畢業門檻查詢:
請至「校務資訊系統」之【SB0107 畢業門檻】專區自行查閱相關規定。
二、課程與檢測相關規定
(1) 服裝規定
參加課程及體適能檢測時,請著運動服裝與運動鞋,以確保安全與測驗品質。
(2) 申請免測者
符合下列任一條件者,可申請免測:
持有公立或教學型醫院開立之醫療證明。
領有身心障礙手冊。
為轉學生或轉系生,且已於原校完成體適能檢測。
請至體育室「表單下載專區」下載【體適能免測申請單】,並依下列方式辦理:
一般學生:檢附相關證明文件,經任課教師簽名核可後,送至體育室辦理免測。
轉學/轉系生:除檢附原校體適能檢測證明外,須於申請單上註記新舊學號(舊學號請於備註欄說明)。
因該類學生課程以抵免方式辦理、無須修習必修體育課程,可不經任課教師簽名,直接送交體育室申請免測。
本項體適能成績以術科成績代替,並註記「通過本校體適能力」。
(3) 需參加體適能加強班者
若體適能檢測結果中有四項指標中三項未達教育部標準,須參加【體適能加強班】。
課程內容包括:「健康體適能與生活」、「有氧與器械操作」及「伸展與核心肌力」等主題,並於課程結束後參加「體適能後測」。
體適能加強班之開課時間與報名方式,將於每學年度上學期另行公告。
(4) 通過體適能檢測者
當學期必修體育成績依通過項目給分,並註記「通過本校體適能力」。
(5) 參與體適能加強班者
若全程參與體適能加強班課程(詳見附件「體適能檢測流程」),體育成績依上課出席數給分,並註記「通過本校體適能力」。
(6) 未通過體適能檢測者
包含「未參加檢測者」及「未全程參與加強班課程者」,均註記「未通過本校體適能力」。
(7) 補測規定
未於原定班級檢測時間參加檢測者,補測時間將於每學年度上學期另行公告。
本校臺北校區檢測時間為每學年度上學期、高雄校區檢測時間為每學年度下學期
如於其他時段有補測需求請查詢「i運動資訊平台」(網址:https://reurl.cc/LWZmqe )-點選「體適能檢測場次」查詢「一般檢測」提供測驗之日期、時間檢測完成後檢附資料繳至體育一室。
Fitness Test & Improvement Class Guidelines
1. Graduation Requirement (Day Program)
Students must pass the fitness test to meet graduation requirements.
Test Items:
- Cardiovascular Fitness (3-minute step test)
- Muscular Endurance (1-minute sit-ups)
- Flexibility (sit-and-reach)
- Explosive Power (standing long jump)

2. Course & Test Regulations
(1) Dress Code
Wear sportswear and athletic shoes for all classes and tests.
(2) Test Exemption
You may apply for exemption if you:
- Have a medical certificate from a public/teaching hospital
- Have a disability certificate
- Are a transfer student and have completed a fitness test at your previous school
📄 Download the exemption form from the PE Office website.
- Regular students: submit with proof and teacher approval
- Transfer students: include previous test record and both old/new student IDs (no teacher signature needed)
✔ Approved students will be marked as “Pass”
(3) Improvement Class Requirement
If you fail 3 out of 4 items, you must join the Fitness Improvement Class.
Course includes:
- Health fitness concepts
- Cardio & equipment training
- Stretching & core training
A post-test will be conducted after the course.
(4) Passed Test
Scores will be recorded and marked as “Pass”
(5) Completed Improvement Class
Attendance-based grading; marked as “Pass”
(6) Not Passed
Includes:
- Did not take the test
- Did not complete the improvement class
→ Marked as “Fail”
(7) Make-up Test
- Make-up test schedule will be announced separately
- Taipei Campus: Fall semester
- Kaohsiung Campus: Spring semester
