115學年度日間部學生體適能檢測及補測相關公告

一、適用對象

(一)115學年度起入學之日間部新生

體適能檢測不列入畢業門檻,採隨班檢測方式辦理,檢測成績佔「大一必修體育課」學期成績20%。

(二)114學年度(含)以前入學之日間部學生(含舊生、復學生)

體適能檢測仍列為畢業門檻,須依本校相關規定完成體適能檢測並通過,始符合畢業資格。

二、115學年度體適能檢測時間

(一)第一組檢測:115年11月9日(一)至11月13日(五)

(二)第二組檢測:115年11月16日(一)至11月20日(五)

(三)第三組檢測:115年11月23日(一)至11月27日(五)

※ 實際檢測班級及時間請參閱附件「115學年度大一體適能檢測時間表」。

三、體適能補測

(一)補測時間:115年12月1日(二)至12月3日(四),17:10~18:40

(二)補測地點:體育館1樓武術教室

(三)補測對象:

115學年度入學之大一學生,因故未能於隨班檢測時間完成檢測者。

114學年度(含)以前入學之日間部學生,尚未完成體適能畢業門檻檢測者。

四、體適能檢測項目

(一)心肺適能:三分鐘登階

(二)肌耐力:一分鐘仰臥起坐

(三)柔軟度:坐姿體前彎

(四)瞬發力:立定跳遠

五、注意事項

(一)參加體適能檢測或補測時,請攜帶學生證件,並穿著適合運動之服裝及運動鞋。

(二)立定跳遠及相關檢測項目進行前,請依檢測人員指示完成準備活動,並配合檢測流程。

(三)如因身體狀況無法參加體適能檢測,請事先向任課教師說明,後續是否需檢附相關證明及成績處理方式,由任課教師依實際情況認定與處理。

(四)未於所屬班級原定時間完成檢測者,請依體育室公告之補測時間完成檢測。

六、114學年度(含)以前入學學生之畢業門檻說明

(一)114學年度(含)以前入學之日間部學生,體適能檢測仍屬畢業門檻,請務必確認個人是否已完成並通過體適能畢業門檻。

(二)請至校務資訊系統「SB0107畢業門檻及離校手續」查詢個人目前體適能畢業門檻通過情形。

(三)尚未完成或未通過體適能畢業門檻者,請於本學年度補測期間完成檢測,以免影響後續畢業資格。

(四)如屬轉學、轉系或其他曾於本校或其他學校完成體適能檢測之學生,請依體育室公告之免測申請相關規定辦理,並檢附相關檢測證明資料送交體育室申請。

七、115學年度起入學新生說明

(一)115學年度起入學之日間部學生,體適能檢測不再列為畢業門檻。

(二)體適能檢測納入大一必修體育課程實施,採隨班檢測方式辦理,檢測成績佔該學期「大一必修體育課」成績20%。

(三)相關檢測及成績採計方式,依本校體育課程相關規定辦理。

※ 重要提醒:

115學年度起入學之日間部新生:體適能檢測非畢業門檻,採隨班檢測,檢測成績佔「大一必修體育課」成績20%。

114學年度(含)以前入學之日間部學生(舊生/復學生):體適能檢測仍為畢業門檻,須完成並通過檢測始符合畢業資格,請務必自行至校務資訊系統「SB0107畢業門檻及離校手續」確認個人檢測及畢業門檻狀況。

為辦理體適能檢測、成績登錄、畢業門檻資格確認、聯繫通知及相關行政作業之目的,本單位將蒐集您所提供之個人資料(如班級、學號、姓名等),並僅於上述目的範圍內處理及利用。您得依法就本人個人資料行使查詢、閱覽、補充、更正等權利;如未提供完整資料,將可能影響檢測、成績登錄或相關權益。本單位將依相關法令妥善保管您的個人資料。

 

AY 2026–2027 Physical Fitness Testing and Make-Up Testing for Daytime Program Students

1. Eligibility and Graduation Requirements

(1) Students admitted in AY 2026–2027 and thereafter

For students entering the University in AY 2026–2027 or later, physical fitness testing is no longer a graduation requirement.

Instead, physical fitness testing will be conducted as part of the required first-year Physical Education course. The physical fitness test score accounts for 20% of the final grade for the first-year required Physical Education course.

(2) Students admitted before AY 2026–2027

For students admitted in AY 2025–2026 or earlier, including continuing students and students who have resumed their studies, physical fitness testing remains a graduation requirement.

Students in this group must complete and pass the required physical fitness test in accordance with University regulations in order to fulfill the graduation requirement.


2. Physical Fitness Testing Schedule

Physical fitness testing will be conducted during the following periods:

  • Group 1: November 9–13, 2026
  • Group 2: November 16–20, 2026
  • Group 3: November 23–27, 2026

Please refer to the attached AY 2026–2027 Physical Fitness Testing Schedule for the specific class dates and testing times.


3. Make-Up Testing

Students who are unable to complete the physical fitness test during their scheduled class session may participate in the make-up testing session.

Date: December 1–3, 2026
Time: 5:10–6:40 p.m.
Location: Martial Arts Classroom, 1st Floor, M Building Gymnasium

Students eligible for make-up testing include:

  1. First-year students admitted in AY 2026–2027 who were unable to complete the test during their scheduled class session.
  2. Students admitted in AY 2025–2026 or earlier who have not yet completed the physical fitness test required for graduation.

4. Physical Fitness Test Components

The physical fitness test consists of the following four components:

  1. Cardiorespiratory Fitness: 3-Minute Step Test
  2. Muscular Endurance: 1-Minute Sit-Up Test
  3. Flexibility: Sit-and-Reach Test
  4. Explosive Strength: Standing Long Jump

5. Important Information

  1. Students participating in the physical fitness test or make-up test must bring their student ID and wear appropriate sportswear and athletic shoes.
  2. Students must follow the instructions provided by the testing staff and complete the required warm-up and testing procedures.
  3. If a student is unable to participate in the physical fitness test due to a physical or health condition, the student should inform the course instructor in advance. Whether supporting documentation is required and how the situation will be handled will be determined by the course instructor based on the individual circumstances.
  4. Students who do not complete the test during their scheduled class session should attend the make-up testing session announced by the Physical Education Office.

6. Graduation Requirement for Students Admitted Before AY 2026–2027

For students admitted in AY 2025–2026 or earlier, physical fitness testing remains a graduation requirement.

Students in this group are strongly advised to check their individual graduation requirement status through the University's administrative information system:

SB0107 – Graduation Requirements and Graduation Clearance

Students who have not yet completed or passed the required physical fitness test should complete the test during the make-up testing period to avoid any potential impact on their graduation eligibility.

Students who have previously completed a physical fitness test due to transfer, department transfer, or other circumstances may apply for an exemption from retaking the test. Please follow the Physical Education Office's exemption application procedures and submit the required supporting documentation to the Physical Education Office.


7. Important Information for Students Admitted in AY 2026–2027 and Thereafter

For students entering the University in AY 2026–2027 or later:

  • Physical fitness testing is not a graduation requirement.
  • Testing will be conducted as part of the required first-year Physical Education course.
  • Students will complete the test during their scheduled class sessions.
  • The physical fitness test score accounts for 20% of the final grade for the required first-year Physical Education course.
  • Testing and grading will be conducted in accordance with the University's Physical Education course regulations.

Important Reminder

Students admitted in AY 2026–2027 and thereafter

Physical fitness testing is NOT a graduation requirement. Testing is conducted as part of the required first-year Physical Education course, and the test score accounts for 20% of the course grade.

Students admitted in AY 2025–2026 or earlier

Physical fitness testing REMAINS a graduation requirement. Students must complete and pass the required test in order to fulfill the graduation requirement.

Please check SB0107 – Graduation Requirements and Graduation Clearance in the University's administrative information system to confirm your individual graduation requirement status.


Personal Data Collection and Use Notice

The Physical Education Office will collect personal information provided by students, such as class, student ID number, and name, for purposes including physical fitness testing, grade recording, verification of graduation requirements, communication, and related administrative procedures.

Personal information will be processed and used only for the purposes described above and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Students have the right, as provided by law, to request access to, review, supplement, or correct their personal information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may affect testing arrangements, grade recording, or other related rights and benefits.

The University will properly safeguard students' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
