114學年度系際盃球類運動聯賽《重要時程公告》

1.報名日期：自115年4月7日(二)8:00起至4月17日(五)16:00止

2.報名手續:採網路報名，以系為單位，列印(含所有報名項目)紙本一份用印後連同保證金交至體育室，詳見附件競賽規程。

(自115年4月7日(二)8:00起由系學會代表至體育一室櫃台簽收領取帳號密碼。)

報名程序：

(一)請在本校ip範圍或wifi登入，校外請使用本校VPN連線登錄，填寫報名資料。

(二)列印紙本並加蓋導師、系學會、系主任戳章，連同保證金繳交至體育一室，始完成報名手續。

(三)未依網頁之欄位正確填寫球員學號，或該球員未完成本校註冊程序，則該球員將無法完成報名。

※ 保證金：

1、各項目每隊繳交保證金新台幣壹仟元整。

2、不得以系上課程及活動理由要求調整賽事時程或放棄既定賽程。

3、全程參賽及無違規事項，保證金無息退回。

4.比賽日期:

籃球－115年4月27日(一)-5月08日(五) (10-11週)(5/1週五勞動節放假)

排球－115年5月11日(一)-5月22日(五) (12-13週)

羽球－115年4月27日(一)-4月30日(四)12:00－13:00 (第10週)

2. Registration Process

• Online registration by department.
• Print the completed form (all events included), get required stamps, and submit it with the deposit to the PE Office.
• Account and password will be collected by department representatives at the PE Office counter starting April 7, 08:00.

📝 Steps

1. Log in within campus IP/Wi-Fi, or use school VPN if off-campus.
2. Fill in the registration form online.
3. Print the form, get stamps from advisor, department student association, and department head.
4. Submit the form and deposit to complete registration.

⚠️ Incorrect student ID or incomplete school registration will result in disqualification.

💰 Deposit

• NT$1,000 per team/event
• No schedule changes or withdrawals due to classes or activities
• Fully participating teams with no violations will receive a full refund (no interest)
