115學年度新生盃球類運動聯賽公告

一、報名日期

自115年9月22日（星期二）起至115年9月30日（星期三）下午5時止，逾期不予受理。

二、報名手續

採網路報名，以系所為單位，每項目限報名1隊，由各系學會指派1名代表辦理報名相關事宜。

完成網路登記後，須列印紙本報名資料並依規定完成用印，連同保證金繳交至體育一室，始完成報名手續。詳細規定請參閱附件競賽規程。

三、領隊會議

日期：115年10月6日（星期二）中午12時10分
地點：體育館2樓視聽教室

領隊會議將進行抽籤及賽程排定；未出席者由主辦單位代為抽籤，賽程經排定後不得異議。

四、報名流程

  1. 自9月22日（星期二）起，由系學會代表至體育一室櫃台簽收並領取所屬系所帳號及密碼。
  2. 請於本校IP範圍內或使用本校Wi-Fi登入系統；如於校外，請先使用本校VPN連線後再登入報名系統。
  3. 至報名系統完成資料登記。
  4. 列印紙本報名資料，並依規定完成導師、系學會及系主任用印。
  5. 每隊每項目須繳交保證金新臺幣1,000元，連同紙本資料繳交至體育一室，始完成報名手續。

五、比賽日期

籃球：115年10月12日（星期一）至10月23日（星期五）

排球：115年10月27日（星期二）至11月6日（星期五）

羽球：115年10月19日（星期一）至10月23日（星期五），每日12時00分至13時00分

六、注意事項

一、參賽資格以本校在學大一新生為限，不含研究所學生；詳細參賽資格及各項目規定請參閱競賽規程。

二、每位選手出賽時，須依規定提供學生證或其他有效在學證明至紀錄台或裁判處備查，未能提供者不得出場比賽。

三、各項目之比賽時間及賽程，將於領隊會議後公告；如因特殊情形調整，以主辦單位公告為準。

四、各參賽單位請自行準備符合競賽規定之比賽服裝，體育一室不開放租借號碼衣。

五、比賽期間如有未經報名或不符規定之球員出賽，經查證屬實者，將依競賽規程辦理。

六、各參賽單位應遵守競賽規程及比賽相關規定，並維護比賽場地環境整潔。

七、其他未盡事宜，悉依本競賽規程及主辦單位公告辦理。

2026–2027 Academic Year Freshmen Cup Ball Games Tournament

1. Registration Period

From September 22 (Tuesday), 2026, to September 30 (Wednesday), 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Late registrations will not be accepted.

2. Registration Procedure

Registration is conducted online and is open to teams representing academic departments or programs. Each department or program may register one team per event.

Each department student association should appoint one representative to handle the registration process.

After completing the online registration, participants must print out the registration form, obtain all required approvals and stamps, and submit the completed documents together with the required deposit to the Physical Education Office. Registration will be considered complete only after all required documents and the deposit have been submitted.

Please refer to the attached Competition Regulations for detailed registration requirements.

3. Team Leaders' Meeting

Date: October 6 (Tuesday), 2026, at 12:10 PM
Venue: Audio-Visual Classroom, 2nd Floor, Gymnasium

The meeting will include the drawing of lots and the arrangement of the competition schedule. If a team representative does not attend, the organizer will conduct the draw on the team's behalf. Once the schedule has been finalized, no objections or requests for changes will be accepted.

4. Registration Steps

  1. Beginning on September 22 (Tuesday), the representative of each department student association should collect the department or program account and password from the Physical Education Office counter.
  2. Please log in to the registration system using the University's IP network or campus Wi-Fi. Off-campus users must first connect through the University's VPN.
  3. Complete the required registration information in the online system.
  4. Print the registration form and obtain the required approvals and stamps from the academic advisor, department student association, and department chair.
  5. A deposit of NT$1,000 is required for each team in each event. Submit the deposit together with the printed registration documents to the Physical Education Office to complete the registration process.

5. Tournament Dates

Basketball: October 12 (Monday) – October 23 (Friday), 2026

Volleyball: October 27 (Tuesday) – November 6 (Friday), 2026

Badminton: October 19 (Monday) – October 23 (Friday), 2026, 12:00 PM–1:00 PM

6. Important Notes

  1. Participation is limited to currently enrolled first-year undergraduate students of the University. Graduate students are not eligible. Please refer to the Competition Regulations for detailed eligibility requirements and event-specific rules.
  2. All players must present a valid student ID or other valid proof of enrollment at the scorer's table or to the referee before competing. Players who cannot provide the required identification will not be permitted to participate.
  3. Match schedules and game times will be announced after the Team Leaders' Meeting. In the event of special circumstances or necessary adjustments, the organizer's official announcement shall prevail.
  4. All participating teams are responsible for preparing their own uniforms and competition attire in accordance with the Competition Regulations. The Physical Education Office does not provide numbered jerseys for loan.
  5. If a team fields an unregistered or ineligible player, the matter will be handled in accordance with the Competition Regulations once verified.
  6. All participating teams must comply with the Competition Regulations and other competition requirements and help maintain the cleanliness and order of the competition venues.
  7. Any matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with the Competition Regulations and announcements made by the organizer.
