115年9月21日（一）至115年12月29日（二） (第二週至第十六週)
115年12月31日（四）晚間不開放外租及健身房。
每週一、二、四、五 12:00-14:00為本校在籍師生憑證免費使用。
每週一、二、四、五 17:00-21:30為付費使用，每15分鐘內10元，(未滿15分鐘以15分鐘計，21:00後禁止入場)。
若有變動依現場公告為主。
備註：欲辦理實踐大學體育館健身房月租活動請憑身分證明文件於健身房收費時段(每週一、二、四、五；17:00~21:00)至櫃檯辦理
(1)：參加月租方案者，請審慎考慮，申請完成恕無法退費。
(2)：請提供附照片二、三維條碼或悠遊卡身份證件或學生證辦理。
(3)：經發現開卡證件借予他人使用，將取消使用資格並不予退費。

Free Access
For currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff with valid university identification:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Paid Access
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Fee: NT$10 per 15 minutes
Any period of less than 15 minutes will be charged as 15 minutes.
Last Entry: 9:00 PM
December 31, 2026 (Thursday):
The Fitness Center will be closed in the evening, and no facility rentals will be available.

Gym Membership Plan (Monthly Rental) at Shih Chien University Sports Center
To apply, please present a valid ID at the gym front desk during paid access hours (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
Important Notes:
(1) No Refunds: Once the application is submitted, refunds will not be issued.
(2) Required Documents: A photo ID with a QR code, barcode, EasyCard, or student ID is required.
(3) Non-Transferable: If a membership card is found to be used by someone other than the registered holder, the membership will be revoked without a refund.
📌 Application Period
Please present a valid ID at the Fitness Center front desk during service hours (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri; 17:00–21:00).
Early bird semester discount is available only during the first two weeks of the semester.
